I haven’t visited your tomb during your birthday but I greeted you as early as 1am last May 25. I miss you Lola Gors. Hoping is still there as you haven’t forgiven me with all the stupid stuffs I have done to you. Well I guess you have already forgiven me through appearing in my dream. I maybe too silly sometimes la but swear I am more than a good girl today. I just remember the joke you said “dili nalang ka mag maid ana?” And I just missed our night bonding where we share each others experiences throughout the day and most especially, the things that you have imparted to me. La, I am a little step closer to your and my dreams, of having a college degree. I know you are so proud of me and I can even feel it whenever I have accomplished things and do good things that’s according to your will. I am always repeating this stuff in my mind that whatever happens, I remain and my attitude will always remain as Gerochi. I still have many plans for all of us la and I hope you are always there to guide us and always spend time talking to God and ask for His generous blessings. I still have your altar in my room, and other memorabilias. Quite sad I erased our only picture from my previous phone just of having the thought that I can still capture moments with you, without having the notion of you disappearing in our life 3 years ago. La, you’re the best. You always put our safety first before anything else. I may not be with you for the rest of my living life but I hope to see your beautiful and smiling face in the eternal life. (not to soon, ok? you know I fear death la) MUA. :-* I love you and I have loved you even before mom and dad created me and I will always love you :D Belated Happy Birthday <3

Our agony has always been prolonged since we knew that we can start to ask our professor about our Chem grade. T’was last May 18, then moved last May 21, and then again moved last May 22. It’s like having a nightmare always and continues to bug in until the day of judgment. We have a strong belief that everyone of us would pass the subject. But for the mean time, our faces looks like this:

We do not know our destiny in this subject. But I do believe that we have exerted much effort for our future, beginning to pass this subject. My friends and I decided to start walking and reach out for our professor. When we arrived at the department, someone informed us that our prof has been delivering her report and it will took her for about 30 mins to do that. Yes! Atleast we’re on our half way to know about our grade. Our faces looks like this:

And after an hour of waiting, prof just stepped out from his report and gave us the chance to let us know our grade. Our faces looks like this:

Wonder why this girl in the left acts like that? She can’t believe that she passed the subject. Finally, after taking the subject twice, she’s now a graduate! I am proud of her. And me, I still have my last semester to savor my college life.

I deserve a smile like this. I passed the subject. With a letter grade of B- :)
Note: the girl in the center is not our classmate in the chem subject but is one of our close friends in college. Ü CIAO!

I was thinking, summer has ended. But seems like I still wanna wake up early (6am) and go enter my 9am class. This truth is so sad if you will just think about it, but yeah, this is the truth. I don’t find my everyday class a burden. Well honestly I find it hard at first. I actually did not enter the class on the first day, but I am starting to love Chemistry. No joke! Because I find myself studying, spending sleepless nights just to study, trying to understand the reduction/oxidation of carboxylic acid, synthesis and many more. I am proud of myself that by somehow I was able to understand all of those. Just those lessons have sinked-in in my mind. I also have another reason why I am not tired waking up early. Yes! I can sense you are correct. Who would have thought that I can keep a feeling for a month. That’s an accomplishment on my part mhen. But we Psych stud have the strong feeling because my unconscious was able to bug me lately that’s why I haven’t kept my feelings hidden. Okay! Be patient. I will not elaborate more on him today. Maybe I’ll update this post in the days to come. Ü
+ RS 55 is so waaa. I was thinking long before that I will get the subject so that me and my long time crush will be classmates. Yeah, we get the same schedule, but I haven’t thought of Sir having a seat plan on his class. That’s so drastic. The girl beside him has the chance of talking to him, instead of me talking and laughing with him. I just can’t imagine that sometimes I am so stupid about things that I can’t even thought of thinking those moments.
Okay! Okay. I’ll promise I will update you about him :D

I wanna thanked all the people who stood behind me. Storms have come and rainbows have appeared, you were all there to cheer me up. Hey, I’m still here, writing this post, letting you know that I am so thankful that God gave me all of you to test how strong or weak I am in times of those trials. I know I wouldn’t build this strong personality of mine if I haven’t undergone all those weak bridges I have passed by. And now I am in my 21 years of living in this beautiful creation of God, I am hoping that I would still have all of you until I die. To my best friend Maxine, I know I am not a perfect best friend, but swear, you were the best of all my friends. You didn’t judge me nor forsaken me. You still understand me despite of our big differences. We may not have all the time to be together but I promise to keep my loyalty to you as my best friend. And oh btw, HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY folks.

Lately, I am curious upon always watching Princess and I on tv, saying that Kathryn Bernardo and the Princess of Bhutan is closely, i mean, almost have physical similarities. Let’s look closely.

Sonam Dechen Wangchuck, 29, is princess of Bhutan. The daughter of former king Jigme Singye Wangchuck and half-sister of the current king, Jigme Khesar Namgyel, this strikingly beautiful royal is as smart as princesses come.
She studied international relations at the prestigious American university Stanford and also has a masters in law from Harvard. Now that’s marriage material.
Well, I don’t think so. HHA she’s a typical Filipina with a mixed blood girl. But I can assure that she is so intelligent.

I was busy these past few weeks because being in a situation wherein two subjects I have taken requires me to attend an everyday class. Ahuh?! Isn’t it busy all the way? Tis an intro-segway.
I’ll give you some tips on what foods may help you boosts your mood. Here it goes:

1.Fear Many people suffer from phobias, ranging from the common (like acrophobia – fear of heights) to the obscure (like arachibutyrophobia). However, it may be that your diet is to blame. Research suggests that folate deficiency may be behind irrational fears and anxiety, so try upping your intake of folate – as well as mood-boosting Omega-3 – by snacking on avocado.

2. Anger Next time you feel a rage coming on, try reaching for some nuts and seeds to help calm you down. Research has shown that Omega-3 deficiency can contribute to aggressive behavior of adult offenders and children with severe behavioural difficulties, while a Japanese study has suggested that zinc may ease anger in women. To up your intake of these nutrients, try opting for walnuts and flaxseeds, which contain both zinc and Omega-3 fatty acid.

3. Love Got a big date coming up and want to get in the mood? Try some foods rich in zinc to stimulate the libido and enhance desire. While oysters are a famous aphrodisiac due to their high quantities of zinc, if you’re not a fan of the slimy mollusc, try opting for shellfish, pine nuts or pumpkin seeds instead.

4. Shyness We all need a confidence boost from time to time, and luckily you can get a helping hand from your diet to relieve shyness. Researchers at McGill University in Montreal found that foods containing tryptophan (an essential amino acid) make people feel more confident. Good sources of tryptophan include meat (particularly chicken), fish such as salmon and tuna, and legumes.

5. Heartbreak Many people find themselves reaching for chocolate in the face of heartbreak, and this may be no bad thing. Chocolate contains many chemicals to beat the breakup blues, including relaxing magnesium, calming anandamide and mood-boosting phenylethylamine. Try snacking on dark chocolate (in moderation!) for the most health benefits.

6. Anxiety If you’ve got a big interview or presentation coming up, try replacing your morning coffee (which can make you jittery) with a calming herbal tea. The calming effects of chamomile are so powerful that they have been found to reduce symptoms of mild to moderate generalised anxiety disorder, so try a cup of chamomile tea to help calm those last-minute nerves.

7. Stress Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by a busy day or are finding it difficult to wind down after work, try snacking on some blueberries to help cope with stress. Blueberries are high in vitamin C, which can help the body deal with high levels of stress. Also, the superfruit is packed with antioxidants which help to protect your body from its effects.

8. “Brain fog” If you’re feeling confused, unfocused, forgetful, or like your mind is just running slow, give your brain a boost with a cup of green tea. As around 80 per cent of the brain is made up of water, drinking any fluids will help keep it hydrated and functioning at optimum levels. However, green tea also helps maintain alertness by regulating blood sugar levels, and helps protect the brain and cut risk of dementia.

9. Sadness If you’re feeling in need of a happiness boost, try upping your intake of oily fish to boost your brain health and mood. Oily fish is not only rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which can help ward off depression, negativity and mood swings, but wild salmon and tuna are good sources of vitamin B12, which helps to regulate the mood.

10. Lethargy Whether you’re suffering from a lack of sleep or are generally feeling lethargic, drinking beetroot juice could help revive your energy levels. Beetroot has a high sugar content and many energizing nutrients such as magnesium and vitamin C. Furthermore, researchers at the University of Exeter found that drinking beetroot juice could enable people to exercise for up to 16 per cent longer.

Nicole Floirendo. CDO Glitterati model. A natural-born supermodel. Simple. Achiever. Psychology student. A good friend. Ü
I started seeing this girl in some of the photoshoots by the ever known photographers in the city. Plus, I haven’t thought we have the same school. Plus plus, we have the same course, Psychology. Plus ++, we are officers in UNITASS. Plus +++, we are friends. Plus ++++, we are classmates in Physics. Phew. But one thing I like about this girl is that, she is so simple. From the dress, walk, actions, voice, the way she talk, everything. And she is naturally attractive. You’ll never know she is the girl walking ahead of you because of her simplicity, unless you know that she has a perfectly God-given, awesome skin that catches your attention. And unless you’ll walk ahead of her and glance back at her. She poses naturally, no effort can be seen in her photos just because she is a natural-born supermodel. You can really tell that this girl is perfect for some of the photoshoots you’ll organize.
Nicoi, angayan kay ka, promise. :)

Heading home riding a jeepney, I saw an old man carrying his basket with balot and chicharon, crossing the street near KSY Carmen. And there I am, looking at the man until he’ll be lost in my sight. Thinking and wondering, how much effort he would be able to give to his family or rather, for himself just to survive. I sympathize this kind of situation. I know we are not that privileged to have a high-standard living but at least we eat 3 times a day. I wonder what kind of life the man have. I know my heart is really into this situation, willing to help, not that much. By realizing, I found out that people really have its ups and down. I pity those who are down, I praise those people on top. And one thing n common, they all strive for good, to survive, to live, to inspire, to learn, to influence and yet the settlement is only on their hands. :(
